All machines must ship to a valid billing address. (No Exceptions)

 We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.

  When an order is placed and shipped to a customers billing address and he or she at the corresponding address refuses delivery (For any reason), then the customer is required to pay for the return shipping. UPS charges us for these types of returns and the total cost shall not be less than $10.00 or greater than $20.00.

 Console Warranty: Premodds gives you a 30-day warranty that starts from the time of invoice. With any system that you buy from Premodds.com We will fix or replace at our discretion, any electrical/internal problem with your console or controller Note. This warranty does not cover the console case. Misuse, abuse, neglect, disassembly or acts of God is also not covered under warranty. Also any console that shows signs of  being dropped will not be covered under warrenty. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending item(s) to us for repair.

 Power Supply Warranty: Premodds Inc. makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of thirty days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, failure to follow operating instructions, accidents, repairs, alterations outside our facility or lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion. Refunds may only be offered if the product is currently out of stock or cannot be repaired. We will return repaired products at our expense but if we determine there is no defect or that the defect is not in the scope of our warranty, then the customer must pay for return shipping on the un-repaired item.

• Systems are tested prior to shipping.
• We are not responsible for any Shipping damage. (Your Purchase will be packaged properly and secured to prevent shipping damage..) Product damage suffered during shipment is the responsibility of the freight carrier. Insurance charges, claims and payments are the responsibility of the Buyer.
• Purchases are final no refunds will be given out at any time. Be sure of your item before you make your purchase.
• Repair/Replacement parts are tested prior to shipment. We are not responsible for any parts that may go bad due to hardware conflict or power surge...
• Lasers and DVD Drives will be tested with Prodisk or Verbatim Media. We make no guarantee that they will work with media you may already have.
• Disassembling your gaming system WILL void your warranty.
