12 Volt DC 17 - 20 Amp Regulated Switching Power Supply |
This is not your typical
inexpensive Power supply. Poorly or unregulated
power supplies can cause your sound or radio equipment to hum or
buzz. These are high quality 12volt regulated units. We were
contacted by nitrorcthunder.com to build them a power supply
that would meet the demands of Hobbyist and RC enthusiast. They
told us they needed a minimum of 15 amps and something that
could run if needed all day. What we have is a power supply that
exceeded their expectations.
They are great for powering your high-powered RC battery charger,
car stereo or CB radio equipment or other 12volt devices in the
house. Our units have an Overload Protection, which will fully
protect the power supply in the event of accidental shorting or
excessive current draw.
They operate on 110 volts
AC or 220 volts AC. They run super cool
with 2 large fans: 1 large
80mm fan and one X-Large 120mm fan.
A "switching" power supply, uses solid state electronics to
produce the output voltage. This makes this unit much lighter,
smaller and less likely to malfunction than the old fashion
transformer type power supply.

| They come just like the picture shows with removable power cord and banana jack style lead with preinstalled alligator clips. The installed binding posts on the top will fit all banana plugs so you could easily make a new set to fit your project. |
